About the event
Our SET Academy Sr- Mini Musical Theatre Class provides performers the opportunity to build confidence, refine their performance skills, and explore the world of musical theatre. Whether you are new to theatre or have some experience, this class offers a supportive and creative environment for growth and skill development while preparing to perform at the Sherwood Park Music Festival.
Performers will learn how to create and portray a character with confidence, master a dynamic dance routine, and refine their vocal technique in projecting and harmonizing. For performers with prior experience, this class provides a chance to deepen their skills and explore new performance challenges.
In addition to developing essential performance skills, the class emphasizes teamwork and cooperation, helping students build respect and unity as they work together toward a shared goal. Performers will gain improved performance techniques, confidence, emotional expression, and a sense of community both on stage and off.
